Students participating in any of the courses can attend free of charge all the open events (workshops, lectures, movie weekends, concerts) during the whole duration of the camp

Minimum 10 applicants needed

 

We create groups according to the number of applicants and their requirements. We take into account prior experience, technical requests and interests in certain subjects.

Beginners:

  • plein air
  • studio work - still life
  • getting to know different techniques : pastel, aquarell, tempera, acrylic, mixed media

Advanced:

  • plein air
  • plein air with models
  • studio painting with model (only in case of bad weather), conversion of plein air works, introduction to abstraction and different imaging and composition techniques.
  • introduction to “land art”

 

Depending on requests from the students, in separate groups, there is a possibility to do drawing exercises in the following themes: perspective, cube drawing, still life, portrait, act, street scape, landscape, anatonomy basics, and other graphic methods (graphite, charcoal, ink, walnut-stain, etc). For these works you need to bring your own equipment, missing gear can be purchased at the location.

course fees, without room and board

one week : 48.000 HUF

two weeks: 88.000 HUF

three weeks: 130.000 HUF

four weeks: 165.000 HUF

 

ACCOMMODATION:

3200 HUF / person / night (this is a discount price).  Beds are available in 6-bed wooden houses, with bathrooms in a separate building.

 

For the creative work, please bring your own gear. However, you may purchase base materials and tools (paper, charcoal, pencil) at the location. We provide a drawing board, and easel.
